Howdy Friends!
In 1987, the summer after my first year of college, a buddy and I drove from Boston to Dallas for “summer jobs”. I had always wanted to be in the restaurant/bar business, but that first summer changed my life. I began working as a waiter at Gator’s then moved behind the bar mixing drinks and having the time of my life. I was a bartender at Gator’s for several years, was then promoted to Assistant Manager, then General Manager.
Then the incredible opportunity of purchasing Gator’s became a reality. I can honestly say that I have spent ½ my life working at Gator’s so it is very close to my heart. I also met my wife here, and we now have three daughters! Many of the staff members have also been at Gator’s for several years. We are a family here at Gator’s and strive to make sure our guests also feel like family.
At Gator’s our main goal is to create fantastic food and top-notch drinks - all to be enjoyed in a clean, comfortable environment and served by attentive, helpful employees. I hope your experience at Gator’s is all that and more!
